We often get asked the following questions. We hope that you will find this information helpful. We want to make your shopping experience with us easy, secure, and trouble free.

How do I know what size shirt to order?

You are being very size wise to ask this question! Please take a moment and review our size chart.

How much will it cost to ship my item?

We make every effort to keep your cost for shipping as low as possible. Shipping is for ground shipment (unless priority or express is requested) in the continental U.S. only. If you are ordering from Hawaii, or Alaska please call our office first before ordering. Check out our shipping chart for exact figures.

What about International orders?

We know that Moms everywhere love our tees, night shirts and gifts that please! Therefore, if you are ordering outside the United States, please e-mail us first before placing your order. We will need the following information: product item, quantity, delivery location. E-mail it to: customerservice@motheringmoms.com. We will then e-mail you the cost for shipping.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Michigan residents only (sorry Michiganders!) must include 6% sales tax.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days on all in stock merchandise. You can plan on 7-10 business days for all in stock items that are ground ship delivery. Priority delivery is 3-5 business days. In special circumstances, we can mail your item Express delivery which is 1-2 days.

Personalized Stationery is a little bit different as it requires a little special T.L.C. When orders are received, we will email you a proof within 72 hours (not including weekends). Once that proof is approved we will print your order and ship to you within 72 hours (not including weekends). We know you get busy and cannot always be online checking email. Once the proof is sent, we will give you five days and then resend the proof. If we don't hear back from you in another 5 days, we will print and ship your order as is. We usually send proofs within 48-72 hours so keep that in mind.

How long do custom orders take?

Our custom orders require a little more time to add that T.L.C.! Any item from our Ticklebellies personalized stationery line, items with photographic images or personalization (names, dates etc.,) require a 2-3 week processing time for delivery.

What if I order something that is temporarily out of stock?

So many of our Mom’s Tees are so popular that on a rare occasion we may be in the middle of restocking your item. This means two things:

Can you send a gift card with my order when sending a gift item?

YES! And it’s FREE! Just click the box that says "Gift Message" when you are checking out to notify us what you would like your card to say. Please confirm the correct name and address of the lucky person who is so fortunate to know you and receive your thoughtful gift!

What if I am a TECH CHICK (Technology Chicken)?

Then welcome to the club! We can’t all be Bill Gates! If you have chosen an item that you would like to order but would prefer to not order on line, we offer other options just for you! You may:
