At Mothering Moms, Inc our policies are set up to be simple and easy to follow.
PRIVACY POLICY
Moms hate to clean up messes! Unwanted emails are a mess that we will NEVER make. We NEVER sell or share your email or personal information NEVER, EVER!
RETURN POLICY
We will be happy to make a full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges
for any unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise item within 14 days. The exception
to this is any item that has been customized.
- Please complete your Return/Exchange form that came with your order in its entirety and send with the merchandise.
- Send your Return back in a sturdy sealed envelope or container.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping costs. If an item is defective, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of Mothering Moms, Inc.
- May we suggest that you get a confirmation of delivery in the event the package is lost or misdirected.
- All items returned will receive a refund credit issued to the original form of payment minus shipping charges
- We make every effort to provide you with a quality product and the correct item. If however, we have made a mistake, or your product is defective, please email us immediately at customercare@motheringmoms.com. We will respond to you quickly to correct the problem.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Size a bit off? That happens. We do encourage you to review our size chart for our Tees That Please line before making your purchase. We want Mom to feel comfy. We will be happy to make an exchange for a different size for any unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days. Please complete your Return/Exchange form in its entirety and send with the merchandise to be exchanged. Please list correct item number, size and color. We will notify you via an email if the new item you ordered is temporarily out of stock and when you can expect delivery.
